Since 1995, the association has become THE authority in LeakFREE® protection. Our name stands for excellence in property care: improving the way roofs are inspected and maintained so that there is no unexpected loss of property due to normal wear and tear. Our main objective is to train roofers who will specialize in prevention rather than repair. Prevention costs far less than replacing a whole roof or even the damage of leaks into the framework of the home. By building relationships with realtors, mortgage, and insurance companies, more rooftops than ever before will have a proper inspection that is documented, recorded and accessible. Our 2 year goal is to be on 10% of the rooftops that sell annually. This can be accomplish by working with realtors, educating them on the danger of selling a home with an uninspected roof. It is not only bad practice, but it can cost the new owner tens of thousands of dollars on work that could have been prevented. We believe that all realtors will acknowledge the benefits of having a proper roof inspected with the quality and assurance of a national association backing every inspector.
